mission of the Fulton County Partnership, Inc. (a group of consumers
and service providers) is to promote a quality of life based on
developing the fullest potential for children, families and
individuals by addressing the needs of residents through an
integrated, collaborative and comprehensive system of health,
education, and human services in Fulton County, Pennsylvania.
